【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、ゴルフクラブのヘッド或いは盆、家具、ハネ
ル等のステンレス、紙、プラスチック。

金属製のゴルフクラブのヘッドに木目を塗布（或いは印
刷）することは従来よシ行なわれている。

かかる従来の方法は一定方向に水が流れる水槽中にウレ
タン液を主材とする塗料を流下させ、七の中に被塗料体
を浸漬していたが、従来のものはベニヤ板状の縦縞模様
しか得られず、体裁が悪かった。

本発明はかかる欠点を除去するもので、上記ウレタン液
の古い液と新しい液とを適宜混合して、柿、欅、或いは
アメリカンパー７モン状の木目模様を塗布或いは印刷す
るものである。

以下、図面につき本発明の一実施例を詳細に説明する。
第１図示のように、主材であるウレタン液１（例えば三
洋化学株式会社製の商品名ニドロールローズラッカー）
を５００．硬化剤２を美、蒸留水３を１５０の割合で夫
々混合して調合液４を調合する。なお、この混合の際あ
まシ攪拌してはならない。この調合＄４は３〜４時間し
てから使用するものとする。

第２図示のように、上記調合液４をビンに入れて保存し
、夫々１日、２日、３日、４日、５日経過した液’ａｔ

細長く発生する。上記新旧の液４．４ｂ・・・・・・の

い液４ａ、４ｂとを合わせ塗布液５を調合する。

かくして、その塗布液５の流れをみながら被塗布物を水
槽６中に入れ、その表面に筋状に塗布液５を付着させて
水中よシ取り出し、乾燥させるものである。

以上のようＫ、本発明においては新しい液と古い液を合
わせて塗布液を調合しているので、新しい液によって木
目が塗布されると共に古い液によってその発生した気泡
のくずれで木の節目が塗布され、木の年輪と梨地模様が
同時に塗布されるので、柿或いは欅のような風合の木目
が塗布され、体裁がよいもので、本物の感触を使用者に
与えるものである。

Claims (1)
- ウレタン液と硬化剤と蒸留水とを混合して調合液を−合
し、これら調合液を保存して新しい液と４〜５日程度経
過した古い液とを用意し、これら液の新しいものと古い
ものを合わせて塗布液を調合し、この塗布液を一方向に
流れる水流中に流出させつつ被塗布物の表面に付着させ
るようにしたことを特徴とする木目模様塗布方法。
