Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　開口部の周囲に断面形状がＬ字状の鍔部を形成した
    金属容器内に、予じめシリコン系樹脂でバッファコート
    した電子回路部品を収納し、かつ該金属容器内に低収縮
    性硬質エポキシ樹脂を注入した後、前記開口部と同形状
    の蓋体を鍔部に接合し、更に該蓋体を含む金属容器の外
    側全体を前記と同様の低収縮性硬質エポキシ樹脂で覆っ
    たことを特徴とする電子回路部品の水密構造。 ２　マイクロバルーンまたはフィラー等を添加した低収
    縮性硬質エポキシ樹脂を用いたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子回路部品の水密構造
    。
