    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転する鏡へ一定方向から光ビームを照射して、被測定
    物を走査する光ビームを形成し、走査光ビームが被測定
    物によりさえぎられる時間から被測定物の寸法を測定す
    る光学的非接触寸法測定器において、鏡が回転軸線に対
    する傾斜角が異なっている複数の鏡面を有していること
    を特徴とする、光学的非接触寸法測定器。
