Claims (1)
- バブルメモリチップ搭載基板において、バブルメモリチ
ップの厚みの２倍程度の厚みを有し、前記バブルメモリ
チップの上側でしかも前記バブルメモリチップのボンデ
インク゛バッド部とバブルメモリパターン領域とを分離
するような構成のブリッジか設けられ、前記バブルメモ
リパターン領域に接着用の樹脂が注入されて前記バブル
メモリチップが前記ブリッジに固定されていることを特
徴とするバブルメモリチップ搭載基板。
