Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は把手を有する鍋の構造に関する。
周知の如く、従来大形の中華鍋等においては把手が金属
素材で構成されているため、火力により熱くなり、持ち
にくいのみならず、火力の強い状態で使用すると加熱し
て火傷を起こす欠点を有していた。
本考案は斯かる問題点を解決し、火力の強い状態で長時
間使用しても把手部分が熱くなる懸念が無く、安心して
快適な調理の出来る鍋を提供する目的で考案されたもの
である。
以下実施の一例を示す図面に就いて説明すると、１は鍋
本体２の周囲の一部に公知の手段で基部を鋲付け３した
金属素材からなる筒状の把手である。
４は把手１の内部全体に内蔵した断熱材（例えばＪｆＪ
スチロール）である。
５はゴム素材からなる有蓋筒形の把手カバーで、開放し
た一端側より把手１の前記鋲材基部に迄挿入し、把手１
に包被固定する。
６は把手カバー５の基部に穿設した空気抜き孔である。
本考案は斯かる構成なる故に、鍋本体を如何に加熱して
も把手１の周囲をゴム材からなる把手カバー５で包被し
ているため、把手表面には熱が伝導せず、又、把手１内
には断熱材４が詰まっているので把手１内の熱の伝播を
抑制し、又、空気抜き孔６を有する故に把手カバー５は
把手１に挿入時空気が抜けて、把手１の外周に密着挿入
しやすく、従がって本考案を実施使用すると、火力の強
い長時間の使用でも把手部が熱くならず、しかも把手カ
バー５が把手にしっかりと挿入固定されており、安心し
て長時間の調理を可能ならしめる考案である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）鍋本体２の周囲の一部に鋲付け３した金属素材か
    らなる筒状の把手１の内部全体に断熱材４を内蔵し、把
    手１の外側に、一端側に空気抜き孔６を穿設したゴム素
    材からなる有蓋筒形の把手カバー５の開放した他端側よ
    り前記鋲付けした把手取付基部に迄挿入固着せしめたこ
    とを特徴とする鍋。
  2. （２）断熱材４が発泡スチロールである実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の鍋。
