第１図は従来技術に係る足踏み式パーキングブレーキを
概念的に示す説明図、第２図ａ〜第２図Ｃは本考案の実
施例を示す正面図、第３図（ｊ第２゛図ａのＡ−Ａ線断
面図である。 図面中、１はパーキングブレーキ用ペダル、３はケーブ
ル、７はセンターコンソール部分、１２はフレーム〈
１３はガイドプレート、１３ａはガイド溝、１３ｂは水
平溝、１３Ｃは垂直溝、１６はレバー、１７はリリース
ノブ、１８はピン、１９はリターンスプリングである。

Claims (1)
- 運転席のフロア前部に設けられたパーキングブレーキ用
ペダルを踏み込み、この状態でロックすることによりパ
ーキングブレーキが作動した状態を保持する一方、手で
解除レバーを操作すること□により前記ロックを解除す
るようになっている足踏み式パーキングブレーキにおい
て、センターコンソール部分に配設され略水平に伸びる
水平溝及びこの水平溝から連続して略垂直に上方に伸び
る垂直溝からなるＬ字状のガイド溝を有するガイドプレ
ートと、足踏み式パーキングブレーキのロック機構の一
端が連結されているケーブルの他端に連結されるととも
に前記ガイド溝に嵌入されてこのガイド溝に沿い移動し
得るようになっているピンと、このピンが下端部に固着
され上端部を略水平方向に移動せしめることにより途中
が当接する固定部を支点として前記ピンをガイド溝の水
平溝に沿い移動せしめるとともにこのピンが水平溝と垂
直溝の交点に占位した時点で略垂直方向に徒き上げてピ
ンをガイド溝の垂直溝に沿い移動せしめ、このことによ
りロックを解除するレバーと、このレバーの下端部に一
端が係止され他端が固定部に係止されてピンがガイド溝
の下端に占位するようにレバーにバネ力を付与するリタ
ーンスプリングとを有することを特徴とする足踏み式パ
ーキングブレーキ用の解除レバー。
