It is necessary to position the panel component using a jig receiving piece that is faithful to the shape of the panel component. The present applicant has proposed a method for manufacturing a receiving piece for this shogi jig, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 5.8-205719.

形することをその特徴としている。According to Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-205719, a predetermined part or a reference model of the part and a receiving piece body are arranged facing each other with a certain gap between them, and a large number of metal pieces are mixed in the gap between the two. Filling with a molten synthetic resin, or filling the metal pieces and molten synthetic resin separately in that order and curing them, and forming a receiving surface corresponding to the shape of the part on the receiving piece main body side. This is its characteristic.

十分でない。However, according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-205719, since the casting method is the basic method, metal pieces that should exhibit wear resistance exist in a suspended state in the resin, and therefore wear resistance is not necessarily required. It's hard to say that I'm concentrating on one area. More specifically, according to the above-mentioned conventional method, while the resin is cured and left to stand still after being filled, the metal pieces tend to move away from the resin surface layer due to their gravity, which reduces the durability of the most important resin surface layer. In terms of abrasion resistance, it is still not necessarily sufficient.

At the same time, the method includes a step of bonding the resin layer to the receiving piece body. In this case, it is desirable to add glass fiber, carbon fiber, aluminum powder, etc. to the resin layer.

Then, as shown in Figure (B)K, a fence pode 3 to prevent the resin from flowing out, which will be described later, is fixed to the side surface of the surface plate 1, and a mold release agent is applied to the surface of the reference model 2. Paste sheet wax on top of it. The pretreatment j- with these mold release agents, sheet wax, and K is designated by the reference numeral 4.

As a result, the resin penetrates into the bonding hole 9 (at the same time as the resin layer 10 is bonded to the receiving piece body 8, the shape of the reference model 2 is transferred and duplicated on the surface of the resin layer 100, and the shape is extremely faithful to the part shape. A receiving piece 18 having a receiving surface 18a is obtained.
