Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は温水ワックスにより低温始動時の空気増量を行
なう単点式燃料供給装置に係り特に耐熱性にすぐれた温
水ワックス装置構造に関する。
〔発明の背景〕
米国特許第４２３５３７５号明細引にあ４ような単点式
燃料供給装置においては従来エリ高温時に特に気圧の低
い高地において燃料噴射弁に給送される燃料中に気泡が
発生し機関に燃料が供給されなくなるという問題があり
燃料通路構成あるいは断熱構造を考える事で対策されて
いる。
この単点式燃料供給装置本体に冷却水に浸したサーモワ
ックスを装着しエンジン冷却水温に応じサーモワックス
にて絞弁を開閉させ始動時の空気増量を行なうものがあ
る。このような燃料供給装置では冷却水の熱が燃料噴射
弁及び燃料通路を有する本体に伝わり前述の気泡による
不具合を促進してし１う。しかしながら従来提案されて
いる装置ではこの耐熱性−の問題に対する対策が施され
ていなかった。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明はこの問題を解決すべく提案されたものであり、
冷却水の熱により燃料中に気泡が発生することのない単
点式燃料供給装置を提供することを目的とする。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明の特徴はサーモワックスと本体との間に断熱部材
を介しサーモワックスを加熱する冷却水の熱が本体に伝
わらないようにしたものである。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下図面に従い本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図において燃料供給装置ｌは、機関に空気を給送す
る吸気通路８を有し、この吸気通路８には絞弁軸６に固
定された絞弁２が固定されている。
絞弁２の上流の吸気通路内には燃料噴射弁３がボディ７
に設けられている。またボディ７にはポンプから燃料噴
射弁３に燃料を給送し燃圧レギュレータ５に通じる燃料
通路４が設けられている。この装置のボディ７には第２
図のようにサーモワックス１２がワース１６に約められ
た状態で取りつけられている。このケース１６内には外
部からエンジン冷却水が入口１５ｊり導入されワックス
１２の感温部１４を加熱・冷却している。ワラクー　ス
１２のビヘトン１３は冷却水温度に応じて伸縮しカム１
１を回転させる。カム１１にはローラ７を介し絞弁軸６
に固定された中継レバーｌＯが接している。このため冷
却水温に応じカムが回転しアイドリンク時の絞弁開度か
制御される。本発明は第３図の如くサーモワックス１２
ｅ納めたケース１６とボディ７の間に断熱部材２０金入
れたものである。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明に工れば暖機終了後等冷却水温の高い時でも冷却
水の熱が断熱部材２０にてしゃ断されボディ７に伝わら
ないため燃料通路４が加熱されず、燃料通路４内での気
泡発生を防止する効果がめる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、機関に空気を供給する吸気通路、前記吸気通路中に
    設けた絞弁、前記絞弁の上流に位置し前記吸気通路中に
    燃料を供給する燃料噴射弁、前記燃料噴射弁に燃料を給
    送する燃料通路、前記燃料通路と燃料噴射弁を有するボ
    ディ、前記ボディに取り付けられ冷却水温に感応し機関
    に供給するアイドル時空気流量を制御するサーモワック
    スを有する燃料制御装置において前記ボディとサーモワ
    ックスとの間に断熱部材を設けたことを特徴とする燃料
    制御装置。
