Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 可動鉄心と固定鉄心との間にコイルへの通電量に応じた
    電磁吸引力が得られるツレメイドと、上記可動鉄心の変
    位によって入力ポートと出力ポートとの間の連通量が制
    御される弁部とを備え、上記出力ポートにおける出力圧
    をフィードバックして可動鉄心に上記吸引力と逆の方向
    の力として作用させるフィードバック機構を設けたもの
    において、上記可動鉄心にそれを固定鉄心に向けて付勢
    する調圧スプリングを設けると共に、その付勢力を調節
    する手段を設けたことを特徴とする電空比例弁。
