    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＰＮ接合を有する半導体ペレットを複数個直列接続して
    高耐圧を得る半導体装置において、上記各半導体ペレッ
    トのＰＮ方向が交互に或は複数個ずつ逆になっており、
    それにより双方向に対し任意のアバランシェ電圧まで阻
    止特性を有することを特徴とする半導体装置。
