Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）セラミック基板と、前記セラミック基板上に塗布
    して焼付けることにより形成された焼付型導電層と、前
    記導電層の上に接着された金属薄板とから成る高周波回
    路装置。
  2. （２）前記セラミック基板はＡｌ２Ｏ３基板であり、前
    記焼付型導電層は、Ａｇ、Ａｊｉ−Ｐｄ、及びＡｇ−Ｐ
    ｔから選択された１つを含むものであり、前記金属薄板
    は銅箔である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高周
    波回路装置。
