。However, this method has the disadvantage that the insulation film on the edge portion of the finished wire cannot be as uniform as that on the flat portion. (See Figure 1 C) As an improvement to this method, as shown in Figure 2, both ends in the width direction of the flat insulated wire 3' obtained in the above manner (shown at the opening in Figure 1) are cut off (see Figure 2). After that, both ends of the conductor are etched to elute both ends of the conductor (Fig. A), and then the eluted parts are coated or filled with an insulating material 4' to compensate (Fig. C). However, this method involves high costs such as cutting, etching, and varnishing, and etching may cause deterioration of the insulating film.
本発明は上記欠点を解消するためなされたものである。The present invention has been made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks.

詳細に説明する。That is, the method for manufacturing a rectangular insulated wire of the present invention involves adding an insulator or an insulated conductor to one or both ends of the rectangular conductor in the thickness direction, and creating a pool in which the insulating paint accumulates at the edge of the rectangular conductor. This method is characterized by applying and brazing an insulating paint. The invention will now be explained in detail with reference to the illustrative drawings.

The insulating material 7 is an insulated wire, such as a wire in which a conductor is extruded and coated with rubber or plastic, or an insulated wire in which an insulating paint is coated and baked on the conductor. Now, as shown in FIG. 4, the linear bodies 5, 6, or 7 are attached to the thickness sides 10, 10' of both ends in the width direction of the rectangular conductor 1, and in this state, the insulating paint 2 is applied. By applying this coating, 1 and 5, 6 or 7 are bonded and integrated. The coating may be applied, for example, by felting, dipping, or the like. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the ends of various rectangular insulated wires produced in this way, and of course the same reference numerals as in FIG. 3 represent the same parts.

In the above case, for example, as shown in FIG. 5C, a pool 8 is formed between the edge of the flat wire 1 and the filament 6 to be attached, and the insulating paint accumulates therein.

According to the method of the present invention as described above, a wide conductor or tape can be used as a conductor.
従って厚み/幅の比率が自由に取れる利点がある。Therefore, there is an advantage that the thickness/width ratio can be set freely.
