Since the current flowing through a dryer is large, the rectifier itself generates a large amount of heat, and the surface temperature can exceed 100 degrees Celsius. According to the above structure, since there is a risk that the surrounding price deck parts may be thermally deformed due to the F1 of the rectifier, it is preferable that the rectifier is provided in the heater board.
For example, Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-107390 and Utility Model Application No. 5 (L
It has already been proposed as in Japanese Patent No. -98970.

Since the temperature rises higher than in other flow paths, this temperature gradient causes the heat generation of the heater wire to become unbalanced, resulting in local overheating on the blade side more than necessary, which shortens the life of the heater wire.

There is a lot of complexity.

This may lead to malfunction.

Since the jitter noise becomes louder locally, it becomes a harsh noise during use.

A pair of heater boards are crossed in a criss-cross pattern so that the air flow path inside the main body case is divided into four quadrants. A through hole or notch is provided at the intersection of the two, and the electric component for capacity switching is positioned so that it equally faces each quadrant, and the capacity of the rectifier, etc. given to each quadrant of the air flow path divided by the heater board is adjusted. This allows flexibility in the arrangement of the electrical parts for switching, makes wind noise almost even in each quadrant, prevents it from becoming noisy, and further prevents local overheating of the heater wire.

A power cord 8 is installed via a power switch 7 and a bush 6, which also serves as a capacity switch. FIG. 2 is a circuit diagram of this embodiment. Note that the switch 7 is a two-circuit type switch, and is composed of SWI and SW2. The terminal voltage of motor 3 is between heater wire Al01 and heater wire 1.
It is set to be lower than the power supply voltage due to voltage division with 311.

Since only I is closed and the current is half-wave rectified by the rectifier,
The voltage applied to the heater wire is reduced to 70% of the supply voltage. Further, when the power is set to high, SW2 closes and the voltage applied to the heater wire can be made equal to the power supply voltage. The structure of the heater is as shown in FIG. Substrate A] 3, and group Jfi

A leait wire 33 is caulked and connected to both terminals by a connecting fitting 17. As shown in FIG. 4, the board B14 has a through hole 1319 of approximately the same size as the rectifier 12 and a through hole A18 for the connection fitting 17 at a position intersecting with the board AI3. The rectifier I2 is fitted into the hole B11, and the rectifier I2 is positioned in the horizontal direction to restrict movement with respect to the plane direction of the heater board.

動することがない。According to the above embodiment, the rectifier 12 and the wire 33 are crimped in advance with the connecting fitting 17, and the fixing force method of the rectifier 12 is performed when assembling the heater in the through hole B I 9 of the substrate B 14. After inserting the rectifier 12 into the board A13
The rectifier 12 can be easily fixed by sliding the rectifier 12 laterally onto the board B i 4 and crossing it in a cross shape in a few cases. Therefore, according to the above embodiment, the rectifier 12 is Quadrant S1. S2. S3. Since the rectifier 12 is positioned so as to equally face both of the heater wires AIO,
In addition to eliminating the heat generation imbalance of Bil, there is no temperature gradient between each quadrant, so there is a degree of freedom in designing the placement of the thermostat for preventing excessive temperature rise, and even if the rectifier 12 does not generate heat when using a large capacity, the thermostat can be adjusted. No malfunctions.
