Claims (3)
- （１）溶融アルミめっき鋼板上に塗布型クロメート皮膜
を形成し、該皮膜上に非クロム系防錆顔料を含有する下
塗り塗膜と、上塗り塗膜とを順次形成したことを特徴と
する塗装アルミめっき鋼板。 - （２）塗布型クロメート皮膜が１０〜２００９ ／ ｆ
の６価クロムと、全クロム量に対して３０〜７唾量％の
３価クロムと、５〜１００ｙ／Ｖのシリカ、リン酸、マ
ロン酸、ポリアクリル酸およびアクリルエマルジョンの
うちの１種以上とを含有する塗布型クロメート処理液に
て皮膜中の全クロム量が２０〜１００ｍｙ／？７１″と
なるように形成したものであることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の塗装アルミめっき鋼板
。 - （３）下塗り塗膜中の防錆顔料の含有量が５〜３唾量％
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
に記載の塗装アルミめっき鋼板。
