子、９・・・セレクタ。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１のクロック信号をこれより周波数の高い第２のクロ
    ック信号で所定の位相量を遅延する遅延手段と、外部か
    らの遅延量制御用の制御信号をホールドする手段と、こ
    の手段の出力により上記手段で遅延した上記第１のクロ
    ック信号のうちの所定の遅延量を有する遅延手段の出力
    を切り替えて遅延クロック信号を出力するセレクタとよ
    りなるタイミング調相回路。
