Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は芝刈機、特にロータリ式芝刈機の別居放出案内体
取付装置に関するものである。
一般にロータリ式芝刈機は、地面に近傍して水平面内で
回転する刈刃で刈取った別層を、刈刃の回転によって起
る風により、刈刃の上方をおおうカバーの内面に沿って
そのカバーの後面又は側面に設けた別居放出口に向って
案内するように構成されている。
この別居放出口には、通常集草ケース又は別居放出案内
体を着脱自在に取付けて作業を行うものである。
上記別居放出案内体は、ばね部材によって常時閉じ傾向
に付勢されている上開き蓋付の別居放出口に、その蓋を
上方に開いた状態でその蓋の下に着脱的に連通配置する
構成されている。
ところが従来の別居放出案内体は、実開昭５４−１３５
３４５号公報に記載されているように、開いた蓋の裏面
に位置決め手段と固着手段とによって吊持的に取付ける
ので、蓋に対する着脱に手間どっていた。
本案は、上記別居放出案内体をワンタッチ的に着脱でき
、しかも取付けた場合確実に保持される別居放出案内体
取付装置を提供することを目的とする。
本案は上記の目的を遠戚するために、ばね部材１によっ
て常時閉じ傾向に付勢されている上開き蓋２付の別居放
出口３に、その蓋２を上方に開いて別居放出案内体４を
着脱的に連通配置する芝刈機において、その別居放出案
内体４に別居放出口３の上縁近傍に係止するフック５と
、別居放出口３の下縁近傍に当接する支持部材６とを設
け、別居放出口３に配置した別居放出案内体４を閉じ傾
向にある上開き蓋２によって上方から押えるようにした
ことを特徴とする。
図示例は別居放出口３の上縁に沿って設けた蓋２の開閉
軸７の左右両端付近に、別居放出案内体４のフック５を
引っ掛けるフック受は部８Ａ、８Ｂを山形に設けたもの
である。
蓋２の付勢ばね１はコイルばねで、軸７にはめている。
蓋２の下端部の裏面に取付けた緩衝ゴム９が、第２図・
第３図に示すように別居放出案内体４の上面に当るよう
にしである。
別居放出案内体４の入口４Ａの上縁及び下縁には、それ
ぞれ補強用横桟１０・１１が取付けられていて、その上
縁横棧１０の両端にフック５を−体に設け、又下縁横桟
１１にゴム等の弾性材料から成る支持部材６を左右一対
取付けている。
この支持部材６が第３図に示すように、別居放出口３の
下縁−３Ａの近傍に当って別居放出案内体４の水平を保
つものである。
本案別居放出案内体取付装置は上記の構成であるから、
芝刈機の別居放出口３の蓋２を開いて別居放出案内体４
の入口４Ａを上記放出口３に当てがい、フック５・５を
受は部８Ａ、８Ｂに引っ掛けるだけで、別居放出案内体
４を芝刈機に簡単に取付けけることができる。
上記取付は状態は、蓋２が別居放出案内体４を上から押
えつけて支持部材６を別居放出口の下縁３Ａに当接させ
るので、フック５の係止と相まって３点で保持され、通
常の運転で外れることはない。
又別居放出案内体４を取付すには、その案内体４と蓋２
に抗して上方に持上げるだけで簡単に外れるもので、ワ
ンタッチで着脱できる効果がある。
なお別居放出案内体４は上記のように、上方には自由に
動き得るので、後輪１２を軸にして芝刈機の前部を少し
上げて方向転換するとき、万−別居放出案内体４の後端
下面４Ｂが地面に接触しても破損のおそれはない。

第３図はその一部切欠側面図、第４図は別居放出案内体
と別居放出口を離した状態の斜視図。 １はばね部材、２は上開き蓋、３は別居放出口、３Ａは
その下縁、４は別居放出案内体、５はフック、６は支持
部材、７は蓋の開閉軸、８Ａ・８Ｂはフック受は部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ばね部材によって常時閉じ傾向に付勢されている上開き
    蓋付の別居放出口に、その蓋を上方に開いて別居放出案
    内体を着脱的に連通配置する芝刈機において、その別居
    放出案内体に、別居放出口の上縁近傍に係止するフック
    と、別居放出口の下縁近傍に当接する支持部材とを設け
    、別居放出口に配置した別居放出案内体を、閉じ傾向に
    ある上開き蓋によって上方から押えるようにした芝刈機
    の別居放出案内体取付装置。
