Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）回転軸の端面と、これに対向する支持部材の（受
    面とからなり、これらの一方に回転軸より小径の突出部
    を設け、かつ、他方に外周径が前記突出部より大径で、
    内周径が前記突出部より小径のスパイラル溝を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする動圧形スラスト軸受。
  2. （２）前記突出部の先端面ならびに該突出部の周囲に位
    置する前記回転軸の環状の端面がともに前記支持部材の
    受面に平行であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    記載１の動圧形スラスト軸受。
  3. （３）前記突出部の先端面が前記支持部材の受面に平行
    で、かつ、前記突出部の周囲に位置する回転軸の環状の
    端面にテーパを付したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲の記載１の動圧形スラスト軸受。
