へ−タ、１７〜１９はアンド回路、２０はオア回路であ
る。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定物を撮像する絞り、焦点深度調節可能な固体撮像
    カメラの出力信号を処理して前記被測定物の寸法を非接
    触的に測定する装置において、前記固体撮像カメラのイ
    メージセンサのエレメント対応の出力信号をそれぞれ異
    なる閾値でパルス化し、前記被測定物を示す第１のパル
    ス信号と、前記被測定物とその背景との境界を示す第２
    のパルス信号とを形成するコンパレータ部と、スイッチ
    操作により設定時には前記第２のパルス信号をカウント
    してそのカウント内容を表示し、測定時には前記第１の
    パルス信号をカウントしてそのカウント内容を表示する
    回路とを具備したことを特徴とする非接触寸法測定装置
    。
