Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　るつぼ本体の上部開口部に可動蓋を開閉自在に取り
    つけた蒸着用金属材料蒸発源を、真空槽内に基板移動支
    持装置と対向させて配設したことを特徴とする真空蒸着
    装置。 ２　可動蓋にガス供給口を設け、このガス供給口から蒸
    着用金属材料蒸発源内に不活性ガスを供給するようにし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の真空蒸着装置。 ３　可動蓋が水冷銅で構成されてなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項および第２項記載の真空蒸着装置。 ４　可動蓋が水冷ステンレスで構成されてなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項および第２項記載の真空蒸着装置
    。 ５　可動蓋がセラミックを内設した金属で構成されてな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項および第２項記載の真
    空蒸着装置。 ６　るつぼ本体が、セラミックまたは金属製の外部容気
    内に水冷銅からなる内部容器を内設して構成されてなる
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第５項記載の真空
    蒸着装置。
