    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ｎ型半導体、ｐ型半導体を導電材で連結し、ベイレチェ
    効果を用いて対象物の温度を調節する温調装置に於いて
    、吸熱、又は発熱面に絶縁板を固定し、この絶縁板に貫
    通孔を設け、上記半導体に通電するリード線をこの貫通
    孔に挿通したことを特徴とする温調装置。
