・・・固体撮像素子（ＣＯＤ）、９・・・出力検出器、
１０・・・出力判定手段、１１・・・電子レンズ制御手
段、１２・・・Ｘ線管制御手段。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｘ線源から放射され、被検体を透過したＸ線像をけい光
    像に変換し、さらに電子像に変換する入力けい光面と、
    この電子線を加速、集速する電子レンズと、加速、集束
    された高電子密度の電子像入力を映像信号に変換する固
    体撮像素子とを備えてなるイメージ管装置において、 前記固体撮像素子の出力を検出する出力検出手段と、こ
    の出力検出手段からの出力値があらかじめ設定した設定
    値以下であるか否かを判定する出力判定手段と、この出
    力判定手段からの制御信号によって、前記入力けい光面
    から放出される電子の加速、集束を制御する電子レンズ
    制御手段およびＸ線源の電流、電圧又はＸ線絞りを制御
    するＸ線源制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とするイメー
    ジ管装置。
