Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は、二重管板構造をもつ熱交換器で問題となる内
側管板とチューブとの間隙の気密性を確保するのに好適
な二重管板形態交換器の気密性確保方法に関するもので
ある。
〔発明の背景〕
従来の二重管板構造の熱交換器において、内側管板とチ
ューブとの間隙の気密性を確保する方法としては、機械
式拡管によりチューブを内側管板の管穴に密着させる手
法が採られている。しかしながら、この方法はチューブ
を塑性変形させて管穴に密着させるため、充分な気密性
の確保が困難であり、かつ長時間運転中に密着性が緩和
して内部流体の漏−洩等の事故を発生する。
また、内側管板とチューブを融合する方法として従来技
術であるアーク溶接の活用は、(1)チューブ径が小さ
く溶接トーチの挿入が不可、(2)内側管板のため管端
部からの距離が長々、溶接条件のコントロールが不可、
(3)溶接継手が円周継手となりチューブ軸と直角にな
るためアーク電極の設置が不可、(4)チューブ板厚が
薄く、小人熱量集中入熱形の溶接が必要、等の理由から
活用不可能である。
〔釦明の目的〕
本発明は、二重管板構造の熱交換器において内側管板と
チューブとの間隙の気密性を確保するため、内側管板と
チューブを融合する方法を提供することを目的としたも
のである。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明は、エネルギー発生を外部で行い、光フフイバ−
管を介して融合点にエネルギーを集中できるレーサー溶
接を用い、内側管板とチューブを融合せしめるものであ
る。
〔発明の実施例〕
第1図は、二重管板構造をもつ熱交換器のシェル側機器
の概略を示す。外側管板1と内側管板2の2枚の管板を
有し、チューブ3は外側管板lに管端溶接で溶着されて
いる。しかして、これらの外側管板1.内側管板2とチ
ューブ30間隙は。
−一耘α腓蓚七斗チューブ3内面より機械的に拡管して
密着させる方法が採られている。ところで、外側管板1
とチューブ3は管端溶↑とにより溶着されているため、
完全なる気密性が確保できるが、内側管板2とチューブ
3の間隙はチューブ拡管のみで密着状態を保っているの
で、前述の如く完全な気密性確保は不可能である。第2

本発明は上記の点を解決するため、第31り!に示すよ
うにレーザー溶接を用い、内側管板2とチューブ3を融
合して気密性を確保するようにしだも内側管板2とチュ
ーブ3の融合を容易にし健全な溶接部13を得るため、
図のようにチューブ3を内側管板2中央部で切断し、外
側管板1に取イ」けられる短管部4との二分割状とする
。そして、チューブ3、短管部4のセント完γ後、レー
サー溶作の溶接トーチ部をチューブ3内に挿入する。溶
接トーチ部は、先端に反射鏡5を有し、チューブ3内を
軸と平行に発射された入射レーザー光11を直角に曲げ
、溶接部13に照射する。また、溶接トーチ部は、光フ
アイバー管6、支持ローラ93回転ギア7からなり、モ
ータ8により全体がチューブ3の軸心を中心に回転可能
な構造となっている。
入射レーザー光11はレーザー発振器10から発射され
、光フアイバ管6を介して反射鏡5に到達し、溶接トー
チ部の回転により内側管板2とチューブ3とをレーザー
溶接で融合させる。さらに、融合状態を監視するためレ
ーザー発振器10の発射管内にプリズム15を十ノドし
、反射光12をモニター14にて状況把握を行う。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、チューブ内面にレーザー光線を反射さ
せるだけの小形溶接トーチを挿入することにより内側管
板とチューブの融合が刈能になり、完全な47t¥1!
′tトを確保することができ、それにより、二重管板形
態交換器で問題であった内側管板とチューブとの間隙か
らの内部流体漏洩を完全Iこ防止1゛きる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 二重管板構造をもつ熱交換器において、チューブを
    内側管板中央部で切断し、レーザー溶接用の溶接トーチ
    をチューブ内に挿入し、該溶接トーチで上記チューブの
    切断部をレーザー溶接にて融合するようにしたことを特
    徴とする二重管板形態交換器の気密性確保方法。
