・ノンドープの表面保護層の領域、９・・・ボロン又は
リンドープの表面保護層の領域。

  1. 導電性基板上に所要に応じて設けられた電荷注入阻止層
    と、該基板又は該電荷注入阻止層上に設けられた感光層
    と、該感光層上に設けられた表面保護層とを有する電子
    写真感光体おいて、該表面保護層をボロン又はリンがド
    ープされたアモルファスシ１コンカーバイト（ａ−８ｉ
    １−ｘＣｘ）とし、　の場合、ボロン又はリンのドーピ
    ング量を数１０　　ｐｍとしかつＸを０．０５＜ｘ＜１
    ．０とじたこ、を特徴とする電子写真感光体。
