  1. 回路部品を搭載したセラミック基板と、一方の電極リー
    ドをＬ字に折り曲げた貫通型中継端子と、前記セラミッ
    ク基板及び前記貫通型中継端子を半田付できる金属プレ
    ートとを含み、前記金属プレートの同一面上に前記セラ
    ミック基板と前記貫通型中継端子とを配置し、前記セラ
    ミック基板の導体パターン上に前記貫通型中継端子のＬ
    掌側電極リードが接触するよう前記貫通型中継端子を配
    置したことを特徴とするハイブリッドＩＣ０
