施す場合の一部斜視図、第４図および第５図は同じくそ
の一部平面図、第６図および第７図はこの膜抵抗器に切

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）セラミック等からなる電気絶縁基板上に、抵抗層
    と電極層とを形成してなる膜抵抗器であって、 前記電極層は、前記抵抗層を所定の分割抵抗値を有する
    小片に分割し得る複数の電極部と、該電極部の各々の間
    に形成された橋絡部とを備えていることを特徴とする膜
    抵抗器。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）において、前記抵
    抗層は前記基板上のほぼ全面にわたって形成された薄膜
    体からなり、前記電極層はその薄膜体上に形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする膜抵抗器。
  3. （３）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）において、前
    記抵抗層は、前記電極層の各電極部間に形成されている
    ことを特徴とする膜抵抗器。
