    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板の表裏両面に、導体パターンが印刷形成され、前記
    表裏両面の少なくともいずれか１面の導体パターン上に
    厚膜コンデンサやクロスオーバ等の凸部が形成され、他
    方の面にボンディング処理されるチップ部品が実装され
    る厚膜混成集積回路基板において、前記チップ部品を、
    前記他方の面の、前記１面に形成される厚膜コンデンサ
    やクロスオーバ等の凸部に対し、略相対する位置に実装
    してなることを特徴とする厚膜混成集積回路基板。
