    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子と基板上面が同一高さになるようにケースの
    半導体素子搭載面に段差を設け、搭載された半導体素子
    に隣接して半導体素子と同じ高さの金属小片を搭載し、
    この金属小片との間にワイヤボンディングを施こすよう
    に構成したことを特徴とする半導体チップの接地構造。
