Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　車両の運転状態に応じて予め設定されたパターンに
    もとづきギヤシフトを自動的に行なう制御回路を備えた
    自動変速機において、シフトチェンジのアップ及びダウ
    ンを指示するシフトアップ、ダウンスイッチと、このス
    イッチから信号の入力時にそのときのギヤ位置から１段
    あるいは複数段のシフトアップあるいはシフトダウンの
    適否を判断する判定回路とを備え、この判定回路から出
    力があったときは強制的にシフトアップまたはダウンを
    行なうようにしたことを特徴とする車両の自動変速装置
    。 ２　判定回路は、そのときのシフト位置からギヤシフト
    アップしたときに、エンジン回転数がアイドル回転数よ
    りも低下すると予測されるときは、シフトアップを行な
    わらないようになっている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の車両の自動変速装置。 ３　判定回路はそのときのシフト位置からギヤシフトダ
    ウンしたときに、エンジン回転数が最高回転数よりも上
    昇すると予測されるときは、シフトダウンを行なわない
    ようになっている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    車両の自動変速装置。
