Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 建物の壁から適宜の間隔を置いて、その建物の上方から
    下方に伸長されるように、順次、伸縮可能に連結された
    多数の縦桟要素からなり、横方向に所定の間隔で置かれ
    た一対の縦桟と、その縦桟の各段において、互いに向か
    い合った縦桟要素間に連結された横桟と、その縦桟と壁
    との間に適宜の間隔を保たせるように、その縦桟の各段
    において、その縦桟要素および横桟の何れか一方からそ
    の壁に向かって突出された振止めとよりなる伸縮可能な
    梯子と、 その梯子の上位の各段において、その振止めから適宜に
    離れて、その縦桟要素および横桟の何れか一方に配置さ
    れたロープ・ガイドと、その梯子の上方に配置された制
    動装置と、一端をその梯子の下方に、他端をその制動装
    置にそれぞれ固定し、かつ、その梯子の各段に配置され
    たロープ・ガイドに案内されるワイヤ・ロープ とを含み、 使用時、その梯子が自重で降下伸長する際、その制動装
    置がそのワイヤ・ロープを介してその梯子を制動し、そ
    の梯子の降下伸長速度を所定の速度以下にし、降下伸長
    の際その梯子にかかる衝撃荷重を緩和し、かつ、ワイヤ
    ・ロープがその振止　　　゛めをその壁に沿わせる伸長
    状態に、その梯子を保持させるところの伸縮型避難装置
    。
