  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　情報の書き込み及び読出しを行うメジャーラインと
    情報の蓄積を行うマイナーループとを有し該マイナール
    ープを構成するパーマロイパターンを１ビツトおきに選
    んで第１のパーマロイ層とし、残りの１ビツトおきのパ
    ターンを第２ノパーマロイ層とし、該第Ｌ　１２のパー
    マロイ層をスペーサを介してて順次形成した磁気バブル
    メモリ素子において、基板面より遠い第２のパーマロイ
    層のパターン周期を、基板面に近い第１のパーマロイ層
    のパターン周期よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする高密
    度磁気バブルメモリ素子。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高密度磁気バ
    ブルメモリ素子において、マイナーループ以外の部分の
    パーマロイパターン周期を、該マイナーループを構成す
    るパーマロイパターン周期よりも２倍以上に大きくした
    ことを特徴とする高密度磁気バブルメモリ素子。
