Furthermore, in embossing, there is a disadvantage in that the coating film on the decorative surface, etc., is subject to cranking, distortion, etc., and the panel itself may be twisted or warped.

This is what we propose.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the above-mentioned device. The upper part shows the panel material delivery section, which shows an uncoiler 2 with a brake and a pinch roller 3 on which a thin metal sheet A (hereinafter simply referred to as sheet material A), which is a panel material, is attached. It has a pattern of male and female irregularities that engage with each other on the plate material A, and is configured to be supported so that it can be pressurized depending on the thickness of the plate material A, the depth of the irregularities, etc. be.

。1 is a printing section consisting of a backup roller 8 and a coating roller 9, and 1 is applied to the decorative surface of the plate material A, here the entire surface.
An arbitrary pattern is printed using ink B containing a color or multicolor substance that foams when exposed to light by any one of gravure printing, offset printing, screen printing, letterpress printing, and planographic printing. Note that printing may be performed on the entire decorative surface or only on the convex surface.

1 and a conveyor conhair 12, which foams the substance in the ink B during short-term conveyance.
The seeds or more are arranged arbitrarily, and the foaming scale and shape can be selected. Reference numeral 13 is a device for applying transparent paint or color paint (hereinafter simply referred to as clear) C to the decorative surface when the ink B on the decorative surface is not dry in the painting section, such as a roll coater, curtain flow, etc. It consists of one of coater, spray, etc. The upper + is the heating section, which consists of a roller 15 and a heater 16.
This is for drying ink B and clear C and transporting plate material A to the next process, and the heating temperature is 30-11
The range is up to about 0°C. 17 is a molding machine, for example 10
It has a number of stages, such as 20 stages, 32 stages, etc., and is for forming the plate material A into a substantially gutter shape. Further, the mechanism allows molding width to be either single width or double width. In addition, since the forming machine 17 sequentially forms the plate material A into a gutter shape along the flower diagram from the inlet to the outlet, distortion and deformation during embossing are avoided along the width direction of the plate material A and the transport direction. This allows the residual distortion and deformation to be minimized. Reference numeral 18 denotes a cutting machine that is installed as necessary, and is either a flying cutter, a rotary type, a press type, or the like. 19 is a conveyor.

0001(r), no rust was observed at all. As a comparative example, when we conducted the same test on the decorative surface of a plate material without Clear C, cracks were observed in the finished coating film in some areas during embossing, and cracks were observed in even more areas after molding. The salt spray test had poor characteristics as a result of deeper cranking. Furthermore, in the comparative example, the printed pattern on the decorative surface was directly exposed during embossing and molding, resulting in a lack of aesthetic appearance, but this did not occur in the example. In addition, in the example,
The three-dimensional appearance of Panel D was greatly enhanced by the three effects of shading due to the color of printing, foamed protrusions of Ink B, and embossing.

Furthermore, although not shown, a foam raw material supply machine and a foam molding machine may be arranged in series after the molding machine 17.

■A commercially available board material is given an arbitrary uneven pattern, and then an arbitrary pattern is printed on the surface of this uneven pattern with ink, and then a clear coat is applied and dried, so there is no change in the pattern after printing. There are some features that don't exist. ■Because the embossed decorative surface is coated with clear and then molded, even if cracks occur in the sheet metal or the embossed process, they will not be exposed to the outside air and will not rust. Furthermore, the decorative surface has a synergistic effect on the three-dimensional pattern of the embossing, the shading of the printing itself, and the protrusions of the ink, making it possible to manufacture panels at high speed with greatly enhanced three-dimensionality.
