Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の弦の製作に利用しうる多重フィラメン
ト芯を示している断片透視図である。第２図は第１図の
芯に予定した程度の熱を加えた後での様子を示す。第３
図は第２図の芯の上に低融熱可塑性フィラメントが編組
された状況を示す。 第４図は第３図の弦が加熱したダイスを通っているとこ
ろで、後者は部分的に断面図で示しである。第５図は第
４図の出来上りの弦で高融らせん状巻を施されて居り、
それから加熱したダイスに通されているところである。 第６図は第５図の出来上りの弦に更に低融編組物を付し
、それから加熱したダイスに通されているところである
。第７図は第６図の出来上りの弦に更に高溶融らせん状
巻きを加え、それから加熱したダイスを通されていると
ころである。第８図は第７図の出来上りの弦に更に低溶
融編組物をその上に加え、それから加熱したダイスを通
されているところである。第９図は本考案に関連して使
用され得るモノフィラメント芯を示す断片的透視図であ
る。第１０図は第９図のモノフイラメン−ト芯に低溶融
編組物をその上につけているものを示している。第１１
図は全く低溶融フィラメントのみから成る多重フィラメ
ント芯を示している。第１２図は第１１図の芯のその上
に編組したさやをかぶせ、それから加熱したダイスを通
して一体化している所を示す。第１３図は第１１図の芯
にらせん状巻きをして、それから加熱したダイスを通し
て一体化している様を示している。第１４図は本考案の
変形を描いてあり、ここでは何等の芯も使用せず、高お
よび低融フィラメントで編んださやで弦を形成せしめて
いる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　芯は少なくとも部分的に第一の熱可塑性材料を含み
    、さやは少なくとも部分的に、該芯を取りまいている第
    二の熱可塑性材料からなっており、該第−の熱可塑性材
    料は該第二の熱可塑性材料よりも概ねより高い融点を有
    し、該さやは該第二の材料を融すには充分だが該第−の
    材料には充分でない熱を加えることによって該芯に結合
    されたところの一体化された弦。 ２　該芯が該第−材料の複数本のフィラメント状索と該
    第二材料の一本以上のフィラメント状索とをより合せた
    ものからなっていて、該芯は該第二材料を溶融するには
    充分だが該第−材料には充分でない熱を加えることによ
    って一体化された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記戦の
    弦。 ３　該芯がモノフィラメントである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の弦。 ４　該芯が該第−材料の複数本のより合せたフィラメン
    ト状索からなつそいる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の弦。 ５　該フィラメント状索を一体化する手段を含み、それ
    により、該芯は該さやの付加に先立って一体化される実
    用新案登録請求の範囲量４項記載の弦。 ６　該さやは編組した覆いになっている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の弦。 ７　該さやがらせん状に巻かれた覆いである実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の弦。 ８　該さやの上に該第−材料の第二の覆いをつけ、その
    上に該第二材料の第三の覆いをつけていて、該覆い等は
    該第二材料を溶融するには充分だが該第−材料には充分
    でない熱を加えることによって結合されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弦。 ９　該第二覆いはらせん状巻物で該第三覆いは編組した
    ものになっている実用新案登録請求の範囲第８項記載の
    弦。 １０　　その上に更に該第−材料製の第四の覆いと、そ
    の上に該第二材料の第五の覆いとを付け、該第四の覆い
    は該第二の覆いと逆方向のらせん状巻きをなしており、
    該第五の覆いは編組物になっており、該第四と第五の覆
    いは該第二材料を溶融するには充分だが該第−材料には
    充分でない熱を加えることによって一体化されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第９項記載の弦。
