  1. パワートランジスタなどの放熱体をサーマルグリスなど
    の熱融解性の熱伝導部材を介して支持板に取付けるよう
    にした放熱体の取着装置において、液状化した前記熱伝
    導部材が放熱体と支持板との間より漏出しないように該
    部にシール材を付設したことを特徴とする放熱体の取着
    装置。
