像部とを示す要部説明図、第３図は本考案の制御装置の
作動概要を示す説明図である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボンディングチップの真下に位置されるプリント基板の
    表面に所定角度の斜上方から照明光を照射する光源と、
    上記プリント基板からの反射光を受光してプリント基板
    上の接合パッド及びその影の拡大像を結ぶ光学系と、こ
    の光学系で結像された拡大像を画像情報として認識する
    撮像部と、この撮像部で認識しｈ画像の明暗をデジタル
    量に変換する画像処理部と、上記デジタル量のうち上記
    接合パッドの影にあたる部分の画素数を計数してその影
    の長さを割出すことにより該接合パッドの半田メッキ厚
    を算出して当該接合パッドに対するボンディング接合条
    件を決定する演算処理部と、この演算処理部からのホン
    ディング接合条件の信号を入力して溶接電源の電流又は
    電圧を調節する制御部とからなることを特徴とするボン
    ディング接合条件の制御装置。
