    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板の所定部においてその表面から内部にかけて
    設けられたくぼみ部と、少なくとも該くぼみ部の内面を
    被覆してなる誘電体層と、前記くぼみ部を充満するよう
    に該誘電体層上に設けられた導電体と、該導電体に接続
    する基板表面上の導電体層とを有し、前記基板の所定部
    と前記導電体層とによって静電容量を形成してなること
    を特徴とする半導体装置。
