    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ジユールトムソン効果を利用し、赤外検知素子
    を極低温に冷却する赤外検知素子用冷却装置にお
    いて、高圧ガスボンベと、上記高圧ガスボンベ内
    を第１の部屋と第２の部屋に分割する隔壁と上記
    隔壁に設置された弁と、上記第１の部屋に接続さ
    れたチユーブと上記チユーブと接続されたジユー
    ルトムソン弁付冷却器によつて構成されているこ
    とを特徴とする赤外検知素子用冷却装置。
