- 金属ハウジングに半導体歪ゲージを収納し、シ
ールダイヤフラムで隔離し、液体を封入してなる
圧力センサーにおいて、該液体の封止を凹形溝と
凸形溝を組合せた金属の塑性流動により封止する
ことを特徴とする圧力センサー。
