- 半導体基板を放熱板とするサーモパイル型赤外
線センサにおいて、半導体基板表面上に、該表面
と空間を隔てて対向する梁と、該梁を上記半導体
基板に固定する支持部とからなる梁構造を形成し
、かつ上記梁上に熱電対の温接点を設けたことを
特徴とする赤外線センサ。
