In conventional cathode ray tubes, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 59-251, the electron gun t1 metal spring was pressed and fixed by contacting the conductor 11# provided on the inner wall surface of the cathode ray tube. Vibration of the electron gun that occurs during sheet feeding of the tube may scrape off the conductive film mentioned above, causing poor conductivity, or may cause internal discharge in the electron gun due to scrapings, which may cause damage to the withstand voltage characteristics. There were problems such as the occurrence of defects.

Therefore, the present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to prevent the conductive film from being scraped by the metal panel that supports the electron gun, and to improve the withstand voltage characteristics. Our goal is to provide cathode ray tubes.

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention has a metal spring that is adhesively fixed to the funnel neck to prevent the vibration of the electron gun and the sliding of the metal spring during transportation of the cathode ray tube, thereby improving the withstand voltage characteristics. It is an improved formula.

〔発明の実施例〕[Embodiments of the invention]

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a funnel portion showing an embodiment of a cathode ray tube according to the present invention. In the same figure, the funnel cone portion IK is provided with a cavity 2, and an internal guide 1 formed on the inner surface of the funnel cone portion 1! A high voltage is applied to the electron gun 5 via the membrane 3 and the metal spring 4 for high voltage conduction. This electron gun 5 is fixed to a funnel neck part 6 via a stem (not shown), and a metal spring 4 for high voltage conduction slides on an internal conductive film 3 when the cathode ray tube vibrates during transportation. Since part of the conductive film 3 had been scraped off and the withstand voltage characteristics of the cathode ray tube had deteriorated, the internal conductive film 3 and the tip of the high voltage conduction metal spring 4 were bonded and fixed using adhesive 7. Particularly, the electron gun 5 could be fixedly arranged. In this case, the adhesive 7 is preferably one having conductivity, and for example, conductive frit glass manufactured by Ohara Optical Co., Ltd. is suitable.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a funnel portion showing another embodiment of the cathode ray tube according to the present invention, and the same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals. In the figure, at least three metal springs 8 for fixing the mount are provided at the tip of the electron gun 5 and contact the inner wall surface of the funnel neck 6, and the tips of the metal springs 8 for fixing the mount and the funnel neck are connected to each other. 6
The inner wall surface of the electron gun 5 is adhesively fixed to the inner wall surface using an inorganic adhesive 9, and the electron gun 5 is fixedly arranged. In this case, this inorganic adhesive 9
does not need to be conductive; for example, Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.

As explained above, according to the present invention, since both ends of the electron mirror can be fixed, it is possible to prevent the internal conductive film from being scratched due to the vibration of the electron gun during transfer, and to increase the withstand voltage of the cathode ray tube. It has an extremely excellent effect of improving characteristics.
