    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液晶を挾む一対の基板の内一方の基板上には各画素毎に
    独立な液晶駆動電極と該画素電極選択用能動素子とがあ
    り、他方の基板上には表示画面全体に共通な一個の液晶
    駆動電極がある液晶表示体において、前記表示画面全体
    に共通な一個の液晶駆動電極の表面に２０００オングス
    トローム以上２ミクロソ未満の透明なＳｉＯ２の薄膜層
    が形成されている事を特徴とする液晶表示体。
