点があつた。 In recent years, boilers have become more complex and larger.
Inspection and monitoring of each part of the boiler became increasingly necessary. In particular, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the boiler furnace 2
It is essential to inspect the electronic in-furnace monitoring device 5 and the on-site in-furnace monitoring device 6 installed at the site. This inspection and monitoring is performed by walking on an exterior material (deck plate) 10 provided above the outside of the boiler, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. however,
Conventionally, this exterior material 10 is only supported and fixed at two points, the roof draining cover 11 and the roof end cover 12, and therefore does not necessarily have sufficient strength. A support device E for supporting the exterior material 10 was provided. As shown in FIG. 5, this support device E consists of a pipe support 1 which is erected and fixed to the inner casing 8 by penetrating the heat insulating material 9 using means such as welding.
A T-shaped joint 18b is inserted into 8a, pipe supports 18, 18 are connected to the T-shaped joint 18b, and the exterior material 10 is supported by the pipe supports 18, 18. When installing this device E, it is necessary to use a fixed-length pipe (usually 5500 mm in length) cut to approximately 1400 mm made of iron or other similar material as a pipe support, and furthermore, the cut surface of the pipe must be There was a drawback that the resulting unevenness had to be removed using a grinder or the like. In addition, in order to cope with the expansion and contraction of the inner casing 8 due to heat, the pipe support 18,
A certain distance a is provided between the end of the pipe support 18 and the T-shaped joint 18b, and these distances must be adjusted for each pipe support, and the height of the outer surface of the pipe support 18 must be The disadvantage was that all of them had to be the same, requiring a lot of labor for installation.

6 and 7 show a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the exterior material 10 on the roof surface includes a roof draining cover 11 and a roof end cover 1.
2 and a pipe support 18.
The roof draining cover 11 is the inner casing 8
It is attached to the L-shaped support 13 which is welded and fixed to.
A nut 14 is welded and fixed in advance to the inner casing side of this L-shaped support 13, and a bolt 15 is screwed and fixed to this nut 14.
One end of the exterior material 10 is slidably supported to absorb the difference in expansion of the inner casing 8. The roof end cover 12 is welded and fixed to the inner casing 8 and attached to the L-shaped support 13a. This L
A nut 14 is welded and fixed to the support 13a in advance, and a bolt 15 is screwed to the nut 14 in the same manner as the L-shaped support 13. A stud bolt 17 is erected and fixed to the roof end cover 12 by welding, and a nut 14a is screwed onto the stud bolt 17 to attach a rain cover 16 and support and fix the other end of the exterior material 10. On the other hand, in Figure 7, 1
8a is a pipe abutment, and 19 is a support, and the pipe support 18 is supported by the pipe abutment 18a and the support 19. Of these, the pipe support 18a penetrates the heat insulating material 9 and is fixed to the inner casing 8 by welding. The support 19 has a ring-shaped portion 1 through which the pipe support 18 is inserted and supported.
9a and an insertion portion 19b connected to this annular portion 19a.
Consists of. When installing this support device,
First, the pipe support 1 installed in the inner casing 8
Supports 19 corresponding to the number of supports 8a are inserted into the pipe support 18, and the insertion portions 19b of the supports 19 are respectively inserted into the pipe supports 18a. Thereafter, the support 19 is welded and fixed to the pipe abutment 18a at a position where the pipe support 18 supports the exterior material 10. The height of the pipe support 18 is preferably determined by, for example, stretching a water line from the lower end A of the roof draining cover 11 to the end B of the roof end cover 12 and assuming the position of the exterior material.

A matching rain gutter-shaped receiving portion 19c is provided. According to this embodiment, it is not necessary to insert the pipe support 18 through the support 19, and the pipe support 18 can be simply placed on the support 19 welded to the pipe abutment 18a, which further simplifies the construction.
