Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本発明はモジュール型電子部品とその製造方法の改良に
関するものである。
〈従来技術〉 従来よシミ子機器の回路ブロックの一つを封正により封
止したモジュール型の電子部品はその回路部品が外気に
接触しないため、気温や湿度の影響を受は難く、熱安定
性および耐久性に優れているものである。
従来、このモジュール型電子部品の製造には、第３図に
示すように、エツチング処理されたセラミック板等から
なるプリント基材イに複数個の電子部品１０．１０・・
・を塔載したり、直接カーボン等にて印刷抵抗１１を形
成して回路を構成し、プリント基板９ごと合成樹脂Ｉ２
により封止して製造している尾のであった。そのため、
作業工程が多（なり生産能率が低く高価格になるもので
あった。
〈目的〉 本発明は上記欠点を除去するものであシ、プリント基板
を用いることな（簡単に製造することのできるモジュー
ル型電子部品を提供するものである０ 〈実施例〉 以下、本発明のモジュール形電子部品を図面に従って説
明すると、第１図においてｌはその溶融温度の高い第１
の合成樹脂材料であり、その表面にはあらかじめ仮組み
された電子回路の電子部品２・・・および配ン・ヲもと
に型取られた凹部４・・・に挿入されるとともにその上
部にも電子部品６を載置して立体的に回路を構成する。
これらの電子部品の接続点には銀ペーストまたは半田ペ
ースト等の導電ペーストラ塗布している。そして上記第
１の合成樹脂材料上に設けられた回路は溶融された第２
の合成樹脂材料８により第２図に示すように封止するも
のである。
上記モールド型電子部品の製造方法を以下に記入し、さ
らにこれらの上部に電子部品６・・・を載置し立体的に
回路を構成する。これら部品の各接続点には、導電ペー
スト７・・・が塗布され、そしてこの導電ペースト７・
・・の硬化温度以上に第２の合成樹脂を溶融し、型には
め込まれた第１の合成樹脂ｌ上の回路へ流し込み、前記
導電性ペースＨ−硬化させるとともに前記回路を封止し
ているものである。
したがって、その製造過程にプリント基板を製作しその
上に電子部品を載置する工程が削減され、その生産性を
大幅に向上させることができるものである。
く効果〉 以上のように本発明によるモジュール型電子部上記部品
の接続に用いる導電ペースト２溶融した第２の合成樹脂
材料により硬化させるとともにその回路を封止するもの
なので、内部部品の実装密度が低下するもののその製造
に一プリント基板を用いないことから、製造工程が簡略
化され生産性が向止し安価になるとともに、各部品間の
接続距離が短く、インダクタンス成分が少ないため特に
高周波回路などに好適なものである０

部品の斜視図、第３図は従来例を示す斜視図である。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、所望の位置に凹部を形成した第１の合成樹脂材料と
    、前記凹部内に挿入されるとともにその上に立体的に回
    路を構成する電子部品及び配線部材と、この部品間の接
    続に用いる導電性ペーストと、前記部品を封止する第２
    の合成樹脂材料とからなるモジュール型電子部品。 ２、第１の合成樹脂材料に設けた凹部内に電子部品およ
    び配線材を挿入し、さらにその上に電子部品を載置しこ
    れらの接続に導電性ペーストを用いて立体的に回路を構
    成し、そして前記導電ペーストの硬化温度以上に溶融し
    た第２の合成樹脂材料により前記導電ペーストを硬化さ
    せるとともに前記回路を封止したことを特徴とするモジ
    ュール型電子部品の製造方法。
