Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 良熱伝導性金属板上に良熱伝導の接着性絶
縁物を介し、エツチングにより銅箔パターン又は
アルミ箔パターンを形成した高熱伝導基板を用い
、エツチング時にパターンの長さと巾をコントロ
ールすることにより形成した導体低抵抗と、上記
導体低抵抗の電圧降下を検出する電圧検出部とで
構成した電流検出装置。 (2) 導体低抵抗が無誘導型低抵抗であることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
電流検出装置。 (3) 導体低抵抗がブリツジ回路の一端の抵抗で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の電流検出装置。
