Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザー光線による光励起反応を利用して
    光エツチングを施こす光エツチング装置において
    、平行した複数のレーザー光線をシリコンを基体
    とする試料上に照射し、該試料上の複数の被照射
    個所を同時に光エツチング出来るよう、１個以上
    のレーザー光源を配設すると共に、該レーザー光
    源から出射されるレーザー光線の光路に、該レー
    ザー光線を反射させるミラー部を対応させて設け
    構成した事を特徴とする光エツチング装置。 (2) 前記レーザー光源に対応する前記ミラー部
    は、１枚以上のハーフミラーと１枚のミラーとを
    該レーザー光源から出射されるレーザー光線の進
    行方向において、平行かつ等間隔に順次列状に配
    設した構成とした事を特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第(1)項記載の光エツチング装置。 (3) 前記レーザー光源を２個以上とし、各該レ
    ーザー光源から出射される夫々のレーザー光線に
    対応する前記ミラー部を１個のミラーとし、各該
    ミラーは夫々の反射光線が平行かつ等間隔となる
    よう平行かつ等間隔のミラー列を構成して成る事
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
    載の光エツチング装置。
