Claims (1)
- 紫外線放射源としてのランプと、このランプを
取り囲むよう配設された集光鏡と、ランプの下方
に配設された搬送コンベアと、被乾燥物をその内
部に収納して該搬送コンベアにより紫外線照射位
置まで搬入および搬出されるボツクスとよりなり
、このボツクスの上面が石英板で構成され、側面
に開閉自在の栓を有するガス吸入口と排出口が設
けられたことを特徴とする紫外線乾燥装置。
