    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面に半田付用パッドを設けた基板であって、２辺もし
    くはそれ以上の辺に複数個の外部リードを配設した半導
    体装置の前記外部リードが前記半田付用パッド上に位置
    合せされて溶着される半導体装置実装用基板において、
    外部リードが設けられた半導体装置の辺の各外部リード
    に対応して設けられた半田付用パッドのうち、両端に位
    置する半田付用パッドの幅を中間に設けられる半田付用
    パッドの幅よりも広くしたことを特徴とする半導体装置
    実装用基板。
