The main cause of this condensation is the difference between the outside temperature and the indoor temperature, as well as the inflow of indoor moisture into the attic space and poor ventilation of the attic space.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Although various techniques have been devised in the prior art to prevent condensation, these often end up being the cause of condensation. In other words, insulating materials are used in roofing materials to block outside air, and various techniques are used in ceiling materials or ceiling materials to prevent indoor air and moisture from directly flowing into the attic. Seen a lot. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a heat insulating mat 11 (rock wool, glass wool, etc.) is laid behind the ceiling board 12, and as shown in FIGS.
It was necessary to process the joint part C of the ceiling material 12, 13 into a form that corresponds to the material, but generally the color of the finishing material is dark, and there are few that satisfy the heat insulation performance. In particular, the method of laying insulation material in the attic above the construction takes time because the work has to be done at the same time as the ceiling material, and in addition, workers are forced to inhale dust from falling insulation materials because they work upwards. Insulating pine can cause many health management problems such as high fatigue and fatigue, and in terms of performance, not only does insulating pine significantly reduce the air volume (space volume) in the attic, but if insulating pine is laid in an uneven manner, ventilation holes The straight ventilation flow in the attic space from the air vent to the ventilation opening on the opposite side is disrupted, resulting in poor ventilation and condensation due to air stagnation. This damage is especially great for flat roof types.

Furthermore, since indoor air (hot air) and moisture that flow through the joints of ceiling finishing materials pass through the insulating pine and easily flow into the attic space, caulking is applied to the joints, or even this double-walled structure is recommended. A plastic sheet was wedged between them.

As mentioned above, conventional construction methods not only have problems in terms of heat insulation and airtightness, but also have many problems in terms of economics and workmanship.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The ceiling insulation panel of the present invention consists of three boards of the same size, plywood 1, styrofoam board 2, and gypsum board 3. It is a heat insulating panel which is glued together in the form of a plywood board 1 in one diagonal direction of the styrofoam board 2.
and gypsum board 3 are shifted by a predetermined dimension in opposite directions, and two upwardly facing stepped portions 4 and 5 are formed on one adjacent two sides of the heat insulating panel, centering on the other diagonal that is different from the one diagonal. Two downward facing step portions 6 and 7 are symmetrically formed on two adjacent sides, and a decorative plate is adhered to the surface of the gypsum board 3.

(Function) Since the polystyrene foam board is sandwiched between plywood and gypsum board, less insulation material is required, and the trouble of laying insulation material can be saved. In addition, since stepped sections are formed on all four sides, all that is required for installation is to overlay the stepped sections in a slightly different pattern. In addition, since the plasterboard has other decorative plates affixed to it, it can be left as is. It becomes a finishing material. Furthermore, since it is constructed into a single panel together with a heat insulating material, it is strong, can be formed to about twice the size of conventional products, and is lightweight and durable.

This embodiment is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in which reference numeral A denotes a ceiling heat insulating panel according to the present invention, 2 a foamed polystyrene board which is a heat insulating material, and 1 affixed to the upper surface of this foamed polystyrene board 2. 3 is a gypsum board attached to the lower surface of the styrofoam board, and 31 is a decorative plate attached to the surface of the gypsum board 3.

The most distinctive feature of the present invention is that the joint steps 4, 5, 6, and 7 are provided on four sides, and the joint steps 4, 5 on two adjacent sides are connected to the joint steps 6, 7 on the other two sides. They are formed symmetrically on both sides of the panel in opposite directions. That is, by shifting the plywood 1 and the gypsum board 3 by a predetermined dimension in opposite directions in one diagonal direction of the foamed polystyrene board 2, the joint steps 4, 5 and 6, 7 can be easily provided symmetrically.

The use of the ceiling insulation panel of the present invention as described above is as shown in FIG.
Attach the ceiling side step 6 to the roof edge 8 by nailing 9,
The next ceiling insulation panel B is attached to the stepped portion 6 and the stepped portion 7.
The oppositely facing steps 4 and 5 can be stacked, nails 10 are driven through the steps 5 and 7 to the edge 8, and the ceiling insulation panels can be successively joined and stretched by the same means. It is. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the abutting portion between the ceiling heat insulating panel A and the wall material is hidden by the surrounding edge 14, so it can be treated as appropriate depending on the situation at the site. If necessary, the stepped portion can be easily removed.

(Effects of the invention) The insulation panel material of the invention has the following advantages: (1) It uses only two or three types of materials, each material itself is inexpensive, and it can be manufactured by a simple process of adhesion, so it can be mass-produced in a factory. It is possible to reduce costs.

(2) 強度があるので従来の約2倍の大きさに形成

(2) Because of its strength, it can be formed to about twice the size of the conventional one, so the spacing between the edges can be widened, and the material used can be less than half that of the conventional one.

(3) 発泡スチロール板(断熱材)を合板により挟

き、作業コストの低減化が計れる。
(4) Since the number of ceiling finishing materials is reduced, the length of the joints is also reduced, and since the joints are simply stacked and nailed at different levels, construction time can be greatly shortened and work costs can be reduced. .

(5) 接合部にベーパーシール(例えばブチル系コ

(5) Vapor sealing the joints (e.g., butyl-based caulking or ethylene, propylene, polymer, or "EPM" caulking) further improves airtight performance and helps prevent condensation inside the attic.

(6) Since the plywood and plasterboard that sandwich the insulation material are out of alignment with the insulation material, it is not possible to securely temporarily secure it by nailing the edge of the plywood board (stepped part of the insulation panel) that is out of place. can. In particular, this temporary fixing can be performed when the worker has to work upwards, such as when working on ceiling materials. This temporary fixing is especially effective when working on ceiling materials where the worker must work facing upwards.

(7) 断熱マツトを敷き込む必要がなく屋根裏気積

(7) There is no need to install insulating mats, the attic space increases, and good ventilation can be expected without disturbing the ventilation flow.

(8) 天井材としてだけでなく断熱効果の優れた壁
材として使用することができる利便もある。
(8) It is convenient because it can be used not only as a ceiling material but also as a wall material with excellent heat insulation effects.

(9) Since the two pairs of plywood boards are shifted in opposite directions to each other in one diagonal direction of the Styrofoam boards, the joining step is two
This creates a tiered structure, allowing the panels to be tightly joined together. Therefore, it is possible to prevent indoor air and moisture from flowing into the attic from the joint step (joint).

(10) 軽量にできるため、運搬、取り扱いが容易で

(12) Since the decorative board is attached to the surface of the gypsum board, ceiling construction can be completed simply by attaching the inventive insulation panels. In other words, it is possible to save the trouble of separately providing a finishing material, and it is possible to significantly shorten the ceiling construction time.
