Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、自動車、特にバックシートの背後に貨物スペ
ースを備えたいわゆるステーションワゴンにおける、シ
ート座部とシート背部とより成るバックシートに係るも
のである。
〔従来の技術〕
ステーションワゴンのバックシートは実質的に例外なく
１つの方法又は他の方法で折りたたみが可能であり、形
成された貨物スペースの前方の拡張を可能ならしめるも
のである。標準型式においては、シート座部がその前方
縁でヒンジされ、シート背部はその下部縁でヒンジされ
ている。貨物スペースを拡張すべき時は、シート座部は
前部シートのシート背部の後部表面に対して垂直位置ま
で傾けられ、その際バックシートのシート背部は水平位
置まで前方へ折りたたまれる。しかしこの設計は多くの
不利な点を有する。例えば、バックシートのシート背部
に慣用の固定ヘッドレストを備えることができず、また
前記シートのシート背部の傾斜に対する調節範囲が制限
され、比較的垂直に設定されねばならず、これは比較的
不快であると考えられている。
（発明の目的） 本発明の目的は、固定ヘッドレストの使用を可能とし、
且つ快適さをあたえるために前部シートのシート背部の
調節を制限しない、ステーションワゴン用の可変式バッ
クシートを提供することである。
（発明の概要〕 上記の目的は、本発明に従い、シート背部の少なくとも
１部分が後部標準位置と前方位置との間で、シート座部
に関して水平に変位するように取付けられており、該前
方位置においては変位可能なシート背部の１部分がシー
ト座部の前縁に、又はその近くに位置することによって
達成される０本発明による設計では、シートの変換が従
来公知の設計によるものより少ない操作によって行なえ
るという利点を有する。
〔発明の実施例〕
本発明は添付図面に示された１実施例に関して下記にさ
らに詳細に記述される。
第１図において、１はシート座部を、また２はステーシ
ョンワゴンにおけるバックシート３のシート背部を示し
、そこではシート背部の背後のスペース４が慣用様式で
貨物スペースを形成し、該スペースは前方へ拡張するこ
とができる。ステーションワゴンにおける従来のバック
シートと対比して、シート座部１は車両中に恒久的に固
着されるが、他方シート背部２はシート座部に恒久的に
結合した下部５と、上部部分６とに分割され、該部分６
のフレームは、貨物スペースの両側で固定レール８と係
合したレール７に結合している。
第２図において、９はカーペット１０を備えた現存の床
板を示す。この頂部にはアングル鉄１２によって溶接さ
れたレール７に対して結合されたプレート１１が存在す
る。かくてプレート１１は、上部シート背部の１部分６
に結合された上部床板を形成し、第１図中実線で示され
た位置において該床板は貨物スペースの通常の床板の上
に重なる。
貨物スペースを前方へ拡大すべき時は、留め金（図示せ
ず）がまず弛められ、例えば可動レール７によって担持
されたスプリングボルトが、鎖錠位置において、固定レ
ールの開口部の中まで伸びる。その際上部シート背部の
１部分６は第１図中鎖線で示された位置まで前方へ押さ
れて、前部シートのシート背部１３と接触するに至る。
今や上部床板１１にシート座部１を蔽い、通常の床の前
方拡張部を形成する。
第１図に見られる通り、シート座部の前方部分はレール
７の下側及び上部シート背部の１部分のレベルよりも上
に突き出す。図示の実施例における如く、シート座部１
が恒久的に固着されている時は、クッションは第１図に
示されたように幾分圧縮されねばならぬ。その代りの実
施態様（図示せず）においてはシート座部の前部はクッ
ションを圧縮する必要を除くために下げることができる
。
上部シート背部の１部分は、鎖錠機構（図示せず）を用
いて多くの代りの前方鎖錠位置を設けることができて、
事実上垂直位置において前部シートのシート背部により
貨物スペースを最大限に増加し、或はその代りに貨物ス
ペースのさらに制限された拡張をなし、最適さのために
前部シートのシート背部を調節する可能性を保存する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）自動車のシート座部とシート背部とより成るバック
    シートにおいて、シート背部（２）の少なくとも１部分
    （６）は、後部位置と前方位置との間でシート座部（１
    ）に関して水平に変位するように取付けられており、該
    前方位置においては、変位可能なシート背部の１部分が
    シート座部の前縁に、又はその近くに位置することを特
    徴とするバックシート。 ２）シート背部（２）が、シート座部（１）に結合され
    た下部（５）と、縦方向の案内部中に取付けられた上部
    （６）とより成る特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のバック
    シート。 ３）変位可能なシート背部の１部分（６）が、シート背
    部の背後に配置された貨物担持床部（１１）に結合され
    、且つそれと共に変位可能であり、該床部はシート背部
    の１部分がその後部位置にある時に貨物スペースの通常
    の床部の上位に配置されている特許請求の範囲第１項又
    は第２項に記載のバックシート。 ４）変位可能なシート背部の１部分（６）がその両側で
    縦方向レール（７）と固く結合さ れ、該レールの各々が、貨物スペース（４）の縦方向の
    両側で、固定レール（８）と係合する特許請求の範囲第
    １項乃至第３項のいずれかに記載のバックシート。
