Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide conditions for disposing printing hammers and enable the hammers to be disposed in a narrow range, by a method wherein a blank assembly is provided with printing hammers, impact arms are provided by slitting, the entire body is bisected in a specified direction, and the bisected parts are fixed in a deviated condition. CONSTITUTION:The blank assembly 1 comprises an annular leaf spring 7, an armature blank 8 and an impact arm blank 9, which are laminated. With an original 10 near the center of the blank 9 as a center, the printing hammers 11 are provided symmetrically with respect to Y-axis at two-pitch intervals 2sigma in the Y-direction and at intervals of a predetermined pitch tau in the X- direction. A section 12 from the outer peripheral surface of the armature blank 8 to the center of the blank assembly 1 is provided with centripetal slits 13 so that each of the printing hammers 11 is included in a tip part of each impact arm. The entire body is bisected along the slit 13a and along a line passing through the original 10. The impact mechanism parts 14a, 14b thus divided are fitted to a structure part in the state of being deviated from each other by sigma in the Ya-axis direction along the dividing surface, and are fixed there.

There is a need to reduce the weight of Dozensai 5, but since the wire hammer and the guides and supports for aligning it are essential elements, we have to limit the printing strength. In order to keep the printing energy uniform, it is necessary to keep the strength of each spring that gives printing energy to each wire hammer constant. Problems have been pointed out, such as the hammer bending during printing, reducing the quality of printed characters, and hindering high-speed printing. Patent application No. 58-083 for an invention relating to a dot printer constructed based on a completely new technical idea in order to solve the problems of this type of wire tod printer.
There is one shown at 510. An example of this invention is shown in the 10th example.

In the non-printing stage, as shown on the right side of Fig. 10, the Aryachi wind 1'1, 04 is caused by the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 101 configured in the magnetic path, and therefore the "electromagnet" mechanism is While being attracted to the core 103, elastic energy is stored in the spring 10-6, and the coil 109 of the electromagnetic mechanism is in the state 1 waiting for the coil 109 to be energized. It's true. When the coil 109 of the electromagnet mechanism is momentarily energized from this state, the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 101, which was currently configured in the magnetic path, becomes energized and is caused by the reverse excitation flux. This is canceled out, and the adsorption state of 7-Machu 71'04 is released instantly, and the armature 104' becomes the spring 10.
The impact arm 107 is driven by the elasticity of
The printing machine 108 embosses the printing paper through the ink ribbon to print dots. After this printing operation is completed, the power to the coil 1'09 has already been cut off, so the armature 104 is once again attracted to the coil 103 of the electromagnetic mechanism and returns to its original state. Become.

Problems to be solved by the invention: Disconnection of the impact mechanism of this dot printer. 11 and top view 1 are shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, respectively. Although the impact arm 07 is constructed as an assembly of different materials, there is one condition regarding the impact arm being composed of a single material plate. Forgive me, Crab 7 et al.: There is no problem.)However, (there are technical problems in this type of pinned mechanism) and t'1. .A: Impacted arm 1'0
Form the printing hammers 108., one on each impact arm 107, very close to each other at the center □ □ of □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ 108.・In addition, there is a requirement that each impact arm 10 and 17 be configured independently through a slit with a constant radius. It has been pointed out that the manufacturing method becomes extremely difficult. This problem will be explained in detail using FIGS. 13 and 14. As shown in FIG. 13, the printed I mark 108 is printed near the center end of each impact arm 107 at approximately an integral multiple of a predetermined pitch in the horizontal axis (X-axis) direction in the orthogonal coordinates, and on the vertical axis (Y-axis). have a predetermined pitch in the direction,
Each impact arm 107 is arranged in a centripetal manner.
There is an absolute condition that it must be placed as centrally as possible in the width direction. Here, the X-axis direction is the driving direction of the print head when the impact mechanism section is attached to the print head, that is, the direction in which characters are printed.
When the print head prints characters vertically (horizontally), the Y-axis direction is the vertical (horizontal) 'direction of the characters, and in the Y-axis direction are the printing hammer 108m at the top and the printing shimmer 108b at the bottom. The distance between the two characters is approximately the maximum width of the printed characters. The necessity of arranging the pitch in the X-axis direction so that it is approximately an integral multiple of the predetermined pitch is because the CPU (Central Processing Unit) of a word processor or computer has a predetermined clock. Under the general conditions of the printing hammer 108 described above, there is often a limit to restricting the installation area to the narrowest possible range, and in the X-axis direction. The disadvantage of arranging them at irregular intervals in the CPU is that it complicates the software installed in the CPU. In particular, it is extremely difficult to manufacture an impact mechanism for constructing 10 point + x 2 point kanji characters using a matrix of 24 or more dots, as seen in recent Japanese word processors. On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
Placing the printing hammer 108' in a straight line on the top increases the possibility of placing the printing hammer 108' in a narrow area, and also improves the precision of the placement position; Inno (same w of the kuto arm) for the movement of the character head.
There is an advantage that the software installed in the CPU for taking i□ becomes simple. However, in reality, if we process the ribs 110 that separate the impact arms 10'7 in a centripetal direction, the printing hammer 108 will move in the width direction of the impact arm 107. There are many cases where it cannot be placed in the center (for example, 1010
8cml08・□, and if there is no placement position at all according to the placement conditions, printing hammer l, 08 is a sleeve) 11
If you end up “located above 0” (l・oah,
I O-8 "r') was produced, and it was impossible to produce the same □.This means that the larger the number of printing hammers, the smaller the number, and the smaller the printed characters. The more likely it is that a printing hammer must be provided in a narrow area, the more likely this problem will occur.
It was created with the aim of providing a method for manufacturing and using an impact mechanism part extremely easily while satisfying the installation conditions of the drive.

Function: In the first step and the second step, the printing hammers 2 are arranged symmetrically and regularly to process the slits, so while meeting the arrangement conditions during use, It is possible to dispose the printing hammer 2 within a narrow range and at approximately the center position in the width direction of the tip of each impact part 5. As a result, the problems pointed out in the prior art are solved very rationally.

A plurality of small protrusion-like printing hammers -11 are formed at predetermined pitches (τ) in the horizontal axis (X-axis) direction with an interval of 5 inches and an interval of .(2σ). This method includes cutting,
Although it is possible to rely on the machining process, it is possible to increase the accuracy of the placement and placement of the printing hammer 11 by carving the base (carving) of the electrical discharge machining. It can also be said to be a suitable processing method.

In the fourth step, each of the impact mechanism parts 14m and 14b divided in the previous step is shifted along the dividing plane and attached to and fixed to a structural part consisting of a permanent magnet, a yoke, and an electromagnet mechanism. The amount of this shift is such that in the first step, the printing hammer 11 is 2 in the vertical axis (Y-axis) direction.
However, after one division, each printing hammer 11 of each impact mechanism section 14a and 14b is arranged at a pitch interval (2σ) in the Ya axis direction in the X a - Y a coordinate in FIG. The amount is such that the positional relationship is 1 pitch (σ). On the other hand, the inability of the printing hammer to maintain a predetermined pitch (τ) in the horizontal axis (Xa axis) direction due to shifting can be corrected by adjusting the facing distance of the 1-division plane. still,
The means for mounting is to form a pin hole in advance in the structural part consisting of the material of the impact mechanism, a permanent magnet, a yoke, and an electromagnetic mechanism, and then position it with a pin. Alternatively, means for positioning and fixing using an assembly jig may be employed.
