Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）入射光路の光軸に対して直角でかつ互いに１８０
    °の角度をなす第１、第２の出射光路を有する光分配器
    において、互いに４５゜の角度で固定されている全反射
    ミラーおよびハーフミラーと、これら全反射ミラーおよ
    びハーフミラーを一体に、上記入射光路の光軸および上
    記第１、第２の出射光路の光軸のいずれにも直角な軸を
    回転中心軸として回転可能に保持する保持機構とを備え
    、上記全反射ミラーが入射光路の光軸および第２の出射
    光路の光軸のそれぞれに対してともに４５°でかつ上記
    ハーフミラーが全反射ミラーよりも入射光路とは反対側
    に位置して上記第２の出射光路に入射光量の略１００％
    を分配するとともに第１の出射光路には全然分配しない
    第１の分配状態と、上記全反射ミラーが入射光路の光軸
    に直角でかつ上記ハーフミラーが全反射ミラーよりも入
    射光路側において入射光路の光軸および第１の出射光路
    の光軸のそれぞれに対してともに４５゜となって上記第
    １、第２の出射光路の各々に上記第１の分配状態での分
    配比とは異なる所望の分配比で入射光量を分配する第２
    の分配状態とを選択できるようにしたことを特徴とする
    光分配器。
  2. （２）全反射ミラー、ハーフミラーおよびこれらを一体
    に保持する保持機構の全体を入射光路の光軸を回転中心
    軸として回転できるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光分配器。
